吴宏，女，凌氏接骨液第六代家族顺位接班传承人，师承凌礼信（爱人）。现担任全国中医文化研究院常务副主席，资深中医国际讲师，传统中医药非遗传承项目国医名师，中国管理科学研究院客座教授，驳骨、痛症、疑难杂症、配制药技术传承人。夫妻俩人在原来临床实践基础上，结合现代科学研究出了凌氏接骨液。凌礼信，生于1955年，汉族，广西博白县人，广西凌氏百科生物技术有限公司董事长，大国医学网大健康使者。凌老师运用清朝古方，博采众方，号称中药酒王，经过多年临床实战经验，现“凌氏接骨液”已成功申请国家知识产权。2021年08月成立广西凌氏百科生物技术有限公司。中医世家，世代传承，亲术，清朝至今都是有接班人的，第一代接班人顺位，大叔公子；第二代顺位接班人，凌五叔公子；第三代接班人顺位，凌七叔公子；第四代顺位传接班人，花名流湾十九叔公子；第五代传承接班人，顺位凌书友，地方排名凌六叔；第六代接班人顺位，凌礼信，地方排名凌六，花名刀斩面；凌书友和凌礼信是父子关系。

目前，在治疗骨折中常采用对患者骨折处复位后手术钢针或钢板固定，或进行牵引、或上夹板、或石膏绷带固定。手术钢针、钢板固定，使病人痛苦，愈合很慢，病程长达一年或一年半，治疗费用相当高，然而，有的伤口感染、皮肤溃烂，留下后遗症，有的不能正常工作，也影响到生活。严重的变为骨不连症。采用牵引者，病人长时期不能动弹，身体不能活动，躯干受压，血脉不通，非常痛苦。采用包石膏的病人由于在治疗中患处消肿，骨折处在石膏内松动、移位，使有的患者终生残废。上述治疗过程中均为较长时间的固定，关节活动受限，肌肉萎缩，患者苦不堪言。“凌氏接骨液”本发明的目的是提供一种快速消炎、消肿、镇痛并能去腐生肌，专用于治疗软组织损伤、骨折（接骨）的中药制剂。
